Add 32x Support

Currently, only the base Mega Drive/Genesis system is supported. Full support for the 32x addon would be a very powerful addition.

As far as I know there exists no good 32x debug emulators.
Exodus is THE best genesis debug emulator I have seen.

I have been interested in 32x development for a while, and exodus could be exactly what I need.

I feel like good accurate 32x emulation could spark a more lively modding-homebrew scene, which would be excellent for a platform as underutilized as this one.

Having done my share of demos on the MARS mushroom,
I would **love* Exodus to also emulate 32X the way it emulates Genesis.
Would definitely pay for this (I have already donated ;) )
